Dear Sir,
I have been trying to find an English version of the user manual for the above phone. I have tried to download the details but for some reason I can’t. Do you know of anywhere I can obtain the manual please?

Hi George,
I am not sure how far you got in trying to download the Alcatel One Touch 535 manual, but it is a very easy thing to obtain a free PDF version of this document. Go to the “Userguides” page on Alcatel’s website by clicking on the link below: http://www.my-onetouch.com/pollenUtils/_frameNiv0.jsp?rubrique_id=1538&path_rac=worldwide/com&url=http%3A//www.my-onetouch.com/common/guides/index.htm
When you arrive at this page you will see that all Alcatel’s manuals are listed there. Select the One Touch 535, and this will open another window where you can select your language (English in your case). Then click “OK” and the download process will start. The same manual covers both the 535 and 735 models.
When the file has completely downloaded, simply save it to a suitable location on your computer. You can then print a copy if you wish, although I find it easier to use the PDF version on the computer. Remember that this manual is about 1.3 MB in file size, so it may take you over 10 minutes to download from the Alcatel website, if you have a dial-up connection.
I assume that you already have a copy of Adobe Reader on your computer, for the reading of PDF files? It is a free program now at version 7.0, which is available from the Adobe website at: http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readermain.html
