Hi Victoria,

I have assumed that you are based in the UK, but if you are not then you can easily find versions of the following parts on a local website.

The K700i can connect to a computer equipped with either an infrared or a Bluetooth port, but maybe your computer does not have these features. Anyway, I will assume that a cable connection might be more appropriate for you. There are several options available, but I will mention those that I think will meet your requirements.

I am not sure whether you were supplied with any data cable when you purchased the phone? If there was no cable supplied, then you can buy a DCU-11 cable, which is a USB cable that will do the job of exchanging images and video between your phone and PC. You can see this cable described on the Sony Ericsson website at: www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=pp4_1_1&zone=pp&lm=pp4_1&pid=10029

I understand from reading the details on their site that the CD supplied with the cable does not include the software driver you need to work with your phone. You may have been supplied with a CD that contains the software driver you need, but if you don't have the CD, or you want to be sure of using the latest version of the driver, then go again to Sony Ericsson's website and download it there. The web page to download the DCU-11 driver onto your PC is at: www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=ps1_1_3_2_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&pid=10139&fid=7192&esi=true

Sony Ericsson sell this cable at a high price and you can get a better deal from an alternative supplier. I did a quick search and found that the cheapest price for the genuine Sony Ericsson part is at: www.i2020.co.uk/p444/usb_data_cable_dcu-11.htm?ref=14

However, this supplier also offers an even cheaper compatible cable, which you might prefer if you do not want to spend too much money. You can find the compatible cable at: www.i2020.co.uk/p1362/i2020_dcu-11_usb_compatable_data_cable.htm

Another alternative is a Desk Synchronisation Stand DSS-25, which you might prefer if you want a more desk-top orientated approach. You will find the Desk Stand described on Sony Ericsson's website at: www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=pp1_1_1&zone=pp&lm=pp1&pid=10161

Again, the Desk Stand can also be obtained more cheaply from: www.i2020.co.uk/p933/sony_ericsson_desk_synchronisation_stand_dss-25.htm

I hope the above gives you enough information to decide what is your best solution. However, if you have any more problems then get back to me and I will do my best to help.
