Hi Susanne,
The best place to find the user manual for your phone will be at Nokia's own website, and you can easily download the manual directly to your computer as a PDF file. The great thing about the PDF version is that you can do word searches to find the details you need in the manual, so I use PDF versions of the manuals all the time.
