Why does CDMA not support roaming (global roaming)?

Hi Kishor,
I am not exactly sure of the problem you are talking about. I assume you are not referring to 3G / WCDMA phones.
There are various types of mobile phone systems in use around the world, and your phone must be compatible with the system that is used in the countries where you intend to roam. The GSM system is the most widely used in the world, and as it is available almost everywhere, you can use GSM phones for global roaming (although you need a quad band phone to work in all locations).
However, CDMA systems are much less used, and so CDMA phones will only work in some countries, particularly the USA. It is possible to use CDMA phones for roaming, but you will only be able to use them in those countries that have a compatible CDMA network available.
If you want to use a mobile phone for roaming, then I would suggest that you take a GSM phone with you.
