I think the best place to look is the Siemens website. They have a section all about the CF62. Click on the link below and it will take you there:

You will see in amongst the text on this page that there is an “interactive presentation”. I expect the presentation will be a good starting point for you, and all the specifications are available from this page as well.
If you want to check for particular functions, which you might need to use on this phone, then I believe the best way to learn all about its features is to read through the Manual (i.e. User Guide). You will see, on the page I have directed you to, that there is a further link to download a free copy of the manual onto your computer (in PDF file format). I would suggest that with the manual you should be able to answer most of your queries about this phone.
