It is a hell to get just a copy of the user guide from the web, if you have mistakenly misplaced yours. It has taken me almost three days browsing the net to print a copy.
I would be grateful if a printable form could be sent to me via my email address.

I am afraid that we cannot send you a printable user guide, and as you do not say what phone you have I cannot be sure what problems you have had in finding a copy on the Web.
Most of the phone manufacturers offer their user guides as free downloads from their Websites, usually in the form of a PDF file (which you can print if you wish).
I am not aware that anyone offers the service of sending a printable version of the user guide to your email address. I would suggest that you could try asking your service provider if they would do that for you, although I expect they would prefer you to buy a replacement copy of the original user guide, and they will then charge you for the cost of it.
However, from what you say it seems you did manage to download a copy of the user guide, and so I hope you have the information you need to operate your phone.

Thanks, but I was just expressing how difficult it is to get a user guide.
I am using a Sony Ericsson K700i, which I am using here in Ghana, Africa. Unfortunately, our service providers do not sell user guides for phones they did not manufacture. That is why I thought I could download one from the net.
All I needed was just a web address where I could download one, to save me time from the tedious web search.
Like I said, I had the original copy, but it got lost in a recent rain flood.

That’s OK, I understand how difficult it can be finding the information you need for your phone - I have the same trouble tracking down specifications, manuals and software !!
Luckily, the Sony Ericsson Website www.sonyericsson.com/ is very good compared to some other manufacturers, and so you should be able to find most of the information you need there.
