My Sony Ericsson K700i is a brand new contracted phone with Vodafone. The problem with the phone is it doesn't send messages. I was advised to send the phone to your company. What shall I do?

Hi Ray,
Unfortunately we cannot deal with the problem you describe, and I think the best solution would be for you to return the phone to the store or retailer that you purchased it from. As you have a contract with Vodafone they are duty bound to sort out any problems for you.
You do not say what message problems you have. If it is to do with MMS messaging or emails, then make sure that you have subscribed to that service with Vodafone, and that you have set up your phone to activate the service. You can check the details in your User Guide (e.g. in the Connectivity section).
