I would just like to say thanks for the ring tone that you NEVER sent me, that I ordered from your web site today !
And a really SPECIAL thanks for taking all of my remaining credit that I had left on my phone !!!!
Also, just to let you know I am in the process of writing a letter to the Trading Standards about your Company and that I will never recommend you to any one that I know.

Hi Gareth,
I was sorry to hear that you have had trouble trying to purchase a ringtone. I think that our Mr Honz has already contacted you about this, and it is true that the Mobile Phone Directory does not sell anything (including ringtones). We only act as a source of information to help phone users to find out more about phones and the technology involved.
What I believe has happened is that you must have clicked on one of the adverts on our site, and that you were then taken to another website where you tried to purchase this ringtone. I know we display an advert for at least one ringtone retailer, but I understand that they are a respected company in this business.
I would be grateful if you could let me know whether you did eventually receive your ringtone? However, if you are still dissatisfied, can you please let me know what ringtone you tried to buy, and give me any details that might help me to trace what went wrong (e.g. which website page you viewed when you paid for the ringtone). I will then try to discover why you did not receive your ringtone, and if we can find a way to settle this.
While the Mobile Phone Directory cannot be held responsible for the bad service you received from another website, I am concerned that one of the companies advertising on our site did not come up to the high standards that we set. I will do my best to help you.
In the meantime please accept my apologies for any distress that you have been caused.

You didn’t reply to my e-mail, and so I don’t know if you sorted out the problem with your ringtone or not?
I hope you did eventually receive the ringtone, but if you want us to investigate further then we would be happy to do so.
