National Radiological Protection Board (NRPB) is a United Kingdom organisation set up by the Radiological Protection Act 1970. The NRPB is responsible for acquiring knowledge about radiation hazards, and providing technical services such as information and advice in order to protect individuals and communities from radiation hazards.
