Nokia 2300 mobile phone

Nokia 2300 is a dual band mobile phone with a stylish candy bar design, which is aimed at the fun loving and budget end of the market. This is a fairly basic model, which omits many of the advanced features found on the more costly and sophisticated of the recent phones, although it does have the benefit of an integrated FM radio, a speakerphone for hands-free conversations, and several polyphonic ringtones. However, the standard tools expected in a modern handset are still provided, such as reminder notes, predictive text input, vibration alert, animated screensavers, a calculator, currency converter, alarm clock, timer and stopwatch.

Nokia 2300The display on the Nokia 2300 is a monochrome LCD with a resolution of 96 x 65 pixels, and this screen is capable of displaying up to 4 lines of text as well as images. The phone has the ability to send picture messages containing simple images to compatible phones (if the network provider supports this feature), and suitable picture messages can be downloaded from the Nokia website.

With its integrated FM radio, the Nokia 2300 enables you can listen to your favourite stations while travelling around, by making use of the headphones that are supplied with the phone. You can also play the radio through the phone’s loudspeaker, although the headphones still need to be connected because their lead acts as the aerial. More mobile entertainment is provided by the 3 games that are embedded in the phone.

For those who like to personalise their phones, a range of different Nokia Xpress-on™ mix-and-match changeable covers are available, and the keymats are likewise also changeable, which allows you to achieve your own eye-catching and colourful combinations. More customisation is possible by creating your own ringtones with the built-in ringtone composer
