Samsung SGH-C100 mobile phone
Skip contentSamsung SGH-C100 is a dual band candy bar styled mobile phone. Some of the phone’s useful features are its support for GPRS technology, a WAP browser, lots of polyphonic ringtones, and Java™ capability.
The C100 has a bright and clear 128 x 128 pixels screen using Samsung’s Ultra Fine and Bright (UFB) technology, which can support up to 65,536 colours. Although there is no camera you can still send and receive pictures, animations and sounds using the phone’s EMS capability.
Being Java™ enabled means that you are able to run Java applications and games, and you can download more of these programs when you need them. Although the phone comes preloaded with polyphonic ringtones, you can download more from the Samsung website or other suitable alternative sources.
The GPRS and WAP capability gives the C100 the ability to access the mobile Internet, so that you can browse for services and information on the Web. Infrared wireless connectivity provides a further useful link to computers and PDAs, when you wish to exchange files with the phone or to synchronise your personal data.
