Skip contentSamsung SGH-T100 is a dual band clamshell design mobile phone. Although this model lacks many of the latest technological features, it does include WAP capability, a voice memo recorder, active flip, voice control, and a selection of polyphonic ringtones. Three games also come preloaded in the handset, for those who enjoy using their phone for fun as well as for communication.
The T100 has two screens: an internal colour screen and an external monochrome one. The internal TFT colour LCD display offers a resolution quality of 128 x 160 pixels, with the capability to reproduce up to 4,096 different colours, and this screen is used for handling the main phone menus, and to view the graphical images sent and received in messages. The external monochrome screen provides information about caller identity, and also displays the date and time.
Although there is no GPRS facility provided, to enable a faster rate of data transfer, the T100 does still have WAP capability, so that you are able to browse the mobile Internet. The Internet capability allows you to take advantage of the information and services on offer on the many WAP sites now available to mobile phone users.
Wireless connectivity is also not a feature in the T100, but you are able to connect to a PC using the supplied RS232 data cable, and you can then download more ringtones and images from the supplied CD-ROM.
