Siemens C60 mobile phone

Siemens C60 is a tri-band mobile phone with a candy bar style body, which is suitable for world roaming. The features are good considering this is another budget level phone, and they include GPRS, MMS multimedia messaging, a hands-free loudspeaker, polyphonic ringtones, and a voice memo recorder. There is no integrated camera, but the Quick Pic accessory camera with integral flashgun is available to be plugged into the phone.

Siemens C60The Siemens C60 has a LCD screen containing 101 x 80 pixels, which is capable of supporting up to 4096 colours, and the graphics and menus can be acceptably presented on this display. If you wish to customise the phone to your personal taste, then more wallpapers, screensavers and other pictures and animations may be downloaded onto the phone. You can also alter the appearance of this phone by choosing from a range of Siemens CLIPit™ changeable covers.

As the C60 has a MMS capability, it is possible to put together your own multimedia messages. You can produce your own sound track using the voice recorder, add a picture you have taken, and then combine it all with text to send a striking MMS message to your friends.

The GPRS and WAP capability will give you fast access to the mobile Internet, where you can browse the Web. Further connectivity is available by linking the C60 up to a PC, so that you can exchange data and synchronise your personal files. In addition, being Java™ enabled, and with the on-board 2 MB of memory, you are also able to download new applications and games to further enhance the phone’s usefulness.
